G2 product’s satisfaction score factors in real-user satisfaction ratings from review data.
As for the icing on the cake, Easelly also topped the list for the “Easiest to Use” in the same category. We call it Easelly for a reason!
Why G2’s Recognition Matters to Us
Here at Easelly, G2’s recognition matters to us because the review platform is known for their authentic, unbiased user reviews in the business software category.
G2 requires users to register themselves via their LinkedIn profiles. A user review won’t be approved if they don’t register through LinkedIn.
This measure helps control against bad reviews of software from competing vendors and trolls. It’s also worth noting that LinkedIn doesn’t allow cross posting to users’ profiles, but allows authenticated users to share G2 reviews on their LinkedIn feed.
