More than 200 men were lost or injured. OLIVE BRANCH PETITION A petition the colonists sent to the king, that declared loyalty to him and asking him to take away theintolerable acts, but he said no. FIRST CONTINENTAL CONGRESS CONTINENTAL ARMY The Second Continental Congress decided to put together an army to fight against Boston and George Washington was the leader. BATTLE OF BUNKER HILL DECLARATION OFINDEPENDANCE The document that states that all 13 colonies are free and independent states.This document was printed on July 4th, 1776. The war against the Americans and the British.It proved to that Americans foughtbravely and that the British were not easy to beat. Also, it was the first battle of the revolution.
