Another thing you can do is ask someone around you. As I said before, everyone experiences stress. almost anyone can help you- Friends, Family, teachers, counselors, they're all happy to help. Something else to try is new methods of relaxation.Try using the internet to find ways to calm down and assess the situation. Always remember this: it's just stress. You will be okay.
