Created with Fabric.js 1.4.5 Strange Animals Aye Aye An Aye-Aye is a strange animal that can only be found in the island of Madagascar in the rainforests. They may not look like a primate at first glance but they really are. Aye-ayes are dark brown or black and are distinguished by a bushy tail that is larger than their body, they also have big eyes, long fingers and sensitive ears. Proboscis Monkey Proboscis monkeys are known for their big long nose that echoes in a chamber, They use their nose to attract other mates and scare of predators. They live in the jungles of Borneo and dont like getting far from water which they can drink from and swim in with their webbed feet. Draco lizards are tiny gliding reptiles like miniature dragons that live in the jungles of Southeast Asia. These so-called flying dragons have a set of Elongated ribs, Which they can extend and retract. Between these ribs are folds of skin that rest flat against the body when not in use but act as wings when unfurled, Allowing the Draco to catch the wind and glide. Draco Lizard Sea stars are purely marine animals, even using sea water instead of blood to pump nutrients throughout their bodies. These sea animals have many great abilities to help them survive such as they can regrow limbs and organs some species can even grow an entire new starfish. They have bony, calcified skin, which protects them from most predators, and many wear striking colors that camouflage them or scare off potential attackers. All animals big and small have adaptations that help them survive. The Aye Aye has adaptations, they have long fingers that help them reach into the trunks of the trees to find bugs they can eat. The proboscis monkey has adaptations as well, it has a nose to warn its tribe that danger is near. The Sea Star and Draco lizard Have them too. The Draco lizard has loose skin under its arms which helps it glide from tree to tree. Last the Sea Star has the ability to grow body parts for anything in its body. The only thing that is simmaler is that they use their adaptations to survive. By Yousef Abozaid
