Created with Fabric.js 1.4.5 How to Make Sure You Get Into College or University This Fall - ILC courses are designed with 110 hours of course work as outlined by the Ministry of Education- ILC requires a minimum of 5 business days, not including the day of submission, to mark each unit and the final test- Mailed units require mailing time which ILC has no control over and adds to the marking time- Approximately 2 to 3 weeks are required to make arrangements for the final test Post-secondary institutions often require a learners credit marks to be submitted for admission consideration as soon as possible. Learners registering in an ILC credit(s) after March 2015 and who require the credit to be earned in order to be considered for admission to post-secondary programs for a September 2015 start are encouraged to read the following ILC course completion information carefully to develop a realistic personal timeline and action plan. September 2015 Post-Secondary Admission Remember: ILC can send :- a Confirmation of Enrolment once your 1st unit is marked (of a 2, 4 or 5 unit course) or your 2nd unit is marked (of a 7 unit course)- a Mid-Term Report once your 2nd unit (of a 2, 4 or 5 units course) or your 4th unit (of a 7 unit course) is marked.- a Final mark Transcript once you have completed all units and passed your final exam.- REMEMBER: it takes 2 - 3 business days to process and mail your requested documents.See the ILC's Request for Educational Documents Form here:http://www.ilc.org/pdfs/school/ilc_form_adm_req_tr_pr_ec_en.pdfor email us for more information at ilc@tvo.orgor call 416-484-2600 or 1-800-387-5512 - you can't submit a unit until the previous unit has been completed with a passing mark- there is NO RUSH marking of units or final tests- there is NO Multiple unit submissions or marking- you can't book the final test before receiving a passing mark on the final unit of the course- you can only register in a next course once your have submitted and passed the 1st unit of the previous course (Unit 1 of a 2, 4, or 5 Unit course or Unit 2 of a 7 Unit course) Plan to take a minimum of 3-4 months to complete a course.
