Guide to Healthier Living 3. Social The Social Dimension of Wellness is your contributions to others and your society. It promotes how much you can affect nature and your community. When you use the Social Dimension, you realize your importance in society and how you change other people's lives through your actions, You want to help preserve nature and all of it's beauty and importance as you make important, decisions to help your own life and the ones around you. If you aren't doing these things then you aren't applying the third Dimension of Wellness, a main idea of this is never to just think of yourself, or what is convenient to you, you must think of other people. Also, it is better to live in unison and peace with other people and our community than to continue with being rude or inactive with them.
