During the Eucharist, we participate in the mysteryof the passion, death, andresurrection of Jesus Christ. When we celebrate the Eucharist, we renew our relationship with Jesus, and intensify our love for Him. In the Eucharist, we receiveSpiritual nourishment. In the Eucharist, we communewith Jesus Christ. The Eucharist reminds us of God'sunconditional love and forgiveness for us. In the Eucharist, we accept thatwe are helpless without God, therefore,we must receive Him Jesus While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, Take and eat; this is my body.Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.- Matthew 26:26-28 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of Gods one and only Son.
