Is part of the mint family. salvia causes intense, but short-lived, effects, including visual distortions, hallucinations, intense dissociation and disconnectedness from reality, physical or visual impairment, disorientation and dizziness. Salvia is addictive. K2 Spice K2 Spice is a hallucinogen and stimulant. K2 spice is very addictive, many need to use more and more each time to get an effect. Some symptoms with withdrawal are , nightmares, sweating, nausea, tremor, headache, high blood pressure, and racing heartbeat, these went away after taking K2 Spice again.
