As we move into the second month of 2015, I look ahead with optimism that as a team we will achieve ourgoals. In this edition I would like to emphasize on the importance of training. It is a very important part of our professional evolution and is often neglected, amidst out daily deliverables. I urge each one of you to complete 2 trainings every quarter, covering the different facets of personal development, viz: a) Technical Trainings, b) Analytics Boot camps, c) Domain Specific trainings, d) Leadership Training and e) Behaviour & Soft Skills Training. We will measure and track this through the year and will be reviewed as part of our yearly evaluations. To conclude, I would like to reiterate the importance of training and self-development and urge each one of you to partake whole heatedly. Consider this newsletter as a vehicle to connect with you on a monthly basis. I urge all of you read through this and understand your cluster better.
