The document prohibits Discrimination including Race, Gender,Religion, and so on. 1969 President Richard Nixon issued the Philadelphia Order in 1969. June 28, 1978 June 24, 2013 California v. BakkeThe University of California,Davis, Medical School had two admission groups: one for the majority and 16 spots for the minority. Allan Bakke was rejected twice and argued that he had higher scores than some of the minority and should have a spot. He went under the Equal Protection Act for his case.
