Lines 25-30 Don John is a very spiteful villian that wants to ruin Don Pedro's (his brother) and his brother's friends' happiness. Especially since he lost the war to his brother and is he is the illegitimate son in the family One of Don John's cronies came up with a plan to sabotage Claudio and Hero's wedding by making Hero seem unfaithful. Borachio, one of Don John's cronies, made a plan that Claudio and Don Pedro would fall for. He would make Hero seem unfaithful and ruin the chances of her getting married to Claudio. Dogberry knew that things may get out of control on the night before the wedding, so he set up a watch for the night. One of the watch man saw and heard what Borachio bragging. This would lead to the arrest of Borachio and Don John's plan being foiled. "bring them to see this the very night before the intended wedding, for in the meantime I will so fashion the matter that Hero shall be absent, and there shall appear such seeming truth of Heros disloyalty that jealousy shall be called assurance and all the preparation overthrown." Act 2. Sc. 2. Lines33-49 "You may think I love you not. Let thatappear hereafter, and aim better at me by that I now will manifest. Sc.2 Lines 88 - 93 The plan is executed and Don Pedro and company fall hard into the trap's snare. From here it seems Don John may get his revenge.
