MEMORIA IN-OLVIDABLE la memoria de lasmujeres embarazadas For this outreach, I used entelo's people aggregator tool to search for the top Objective-C developers in the SF Bay Area that have been at their company for 18 months and had an email address available. I found a total of 9,500 profiles. Out of that, I chose roughly 500 that were interesting enough to reach out to. Step 2: Outreach I look at the candidate'scompany, open source projects they contribute to and things they do outside of work. After downloading the .CSV from Entelo, I upload that into Gsheets.Then, I use add-ons to separate &sort the data. After data is sorted, I upload the doc to YesWare's mail merge for automated outreach.I create 3 timed messages, because the first message has an unbelievably low response rate. Step 3: Initial Screen I call the candidates and qualify. Things I look for: Interest, passion, technology fit, goals, past success and culture match. 60% of candidates move onto the next step. Step 4: Tech Screen Ian calls the candidate to talk shop. Only 40% moves on to the onsite interview from here. Step 5: Onsite Interview Candidate comes onsite to pair program with an engineer or two. 20% will get an offer. Step 6: Offer 75% of candidates accept our offers. Out of 502 prospects, only 30 responded interested. Out of the entire pool of prospects, only 19 were femaleZero females responded with interest. I partnered with a female engineer to help me conduct outreach. I found that the response rate (RR) of interested engineers increased from 0% (me) to 13.3% (with Glenna). Overall, the RR went from 5.9% to 13.3% byhaving an engineer conduct the outreach.
