To play tennis, you need the whole cooperation of your body.Your feet move you into the right position and your arms makeyou hit the ball with the racket. When you work out, your body releases endorphinswhich are chemicals that make you feel good. They improve your mood, reduce stress, increase optimismand even decrease depression. Tennis can make you feel all of these. When you are in a good mood it is easier to deal with what life throws at you. Tennis can improve your bone health. Bone mass is directly effected by what parts you are exercising. By playing tennis it is shown that you will have a greater bone mass in your arms.Tennis does not completely give you a full body workout but it does give your arms a little bit of a boost. It has a positive impacton your muscles too.
