He started working at Domino's at age 16 as an insider and worked his way up to general manager. To work at Domino's you need to have good customer service, be willing to learn, and be friendly. Math and writing skills are used on a daily basis. Teamwork is very important while working at Domino's. There is a good chance of the industry growing, and if you do good enough you could get your own franchise. Although he was interested in computer science, he liked it at Domino's and decided to stay there. One of the most interesting things about the job are some of the people you meet. The most rewarding part of the job is seeing someone that you have hired and trained improve and move up in the industry. For anyone wanting to pursue this career it doesn't just come to you, you have to work hard to get be a general manager, and don't give up. The most frustrating part of the job is when other managers don't do what they are supposed to do. What is an average day like at Domino's for a general manager? 1.) Open the store 3.)
