Valley Forge Revolutonary War Battle of Trenton These two connect together because of the event that had led up to it after the battle of Trenton. For example it helped show the power of the colonists from the british. When Washington had crossed the Delaware he had to take all of his men in there so that way the British wouldn't see them.Also he had crossed it to take his men and rest at the valley forge.
